Bullying is a harsh fact of life, and for the victims it can lead to a lifetime of trauma and self doubt. The only way for a student not be a target for bullies is for him or her to develop fitness, confidence and wisdom. We created our Children's Personal Safety Workshop to instill those traits in young people, to help students avoid being targeted, and to arm them with simple self defense techniques for dangerous situations.
